1960s England 'Lybro' Work Faded Coveralls

This rare 1960s Lybro coverall is an authentic example of the legendary British workwear brand founded in Liverpool in the 19th century. For decades Lybro supplied durable clothing to workers and sailors, becoming known for its quality and the famous motto  “On with the job!”.

Original vintage Lybro pieces are now rarely seen on the market and have become highly sought after by collectors. These archival garments later inspired designer Nigel Cabourn to acquire the rights to the brand and revive it in his modern collections.

This piece represents the original source of that heritage — featuring beautifully aged cotton with authentic paint marks and a functional workwear cut that reflects its true history.

In authentic “working” condition, with visible wear, fading, and original paint stains that reflect its true workwear history.
