Late 19th-century linen chemise, constructed from dense, naturally textured linen with a long straight body, wide sleeves and reinforced underarm panels. The neckline carries the original hand-embroidered initials “CM” and the date 1896, preserving the identity and history of its first owner.
Preserved in good antique condition, with light age-related yellowing and minor traces of wear consistent with its age.

Please do not expect the garment to be new or in perfect condition; there may be minor defects (used clothing).
