1980s USSR 'Afghanka' Faded Jacket

A 1980s Soviet winter military field jacket, commonly known as the Afghanka—a utilitarian garment closely associated with the Soviet–Afghan War period. Constructed from dense cotton twill, it features an insulated interior, a concealed hood and a system of large cargo pockets across the chest, waist and sleeves.

Years of wear have transformed its original colour into uneven sandy tones. Sun fading, stains, small holes, worn edges and heavily distressed cuffs remain visible throughout, giving the surface a depth that cannot be reproduced artificially. 

An archival military piece shaped by use, climate and time.

Please do not expect the garment to be new or in perfect condition; there may be minor defects (used clothing).
