Once industrial blue, this Soviet work jacket has been slowly stripped of its original colour by labour, washing and time. The cotton has faded into uneven grey-blue tones, covered with stains, abrasions and darker traces across the surface. Anonymous and strictly utilitarian in construction, it now feels almost abstract — a piece of Soviet workwear naturally transformed through years of use.
