Made from multiple layers of coarse cotton cloth, this Soviet civil-defence mask was designed to protect against radioactive dust and airborne particles. Its crude construction and square eye openings give it a distinctly post-apocalyptic, machine-age appearance.

Washed, but still visibly soiled, with ingrained stains, frayed edges and signs of age. The original eye inserts remain intact. A stark Cold War item built for an anticipated disaster.

Please do not expect the garment to be new or in perfect condition; there may be minor defects (used clothing).
