1970s Soviet Air Force Winter Pants

A pair of 1974 Soviet Air Force winter trousers, produced for the engineering and technical personnel who maintained aircraft in exposed, freezing airfields. Built from dense cotton with a deep blue pile lining, high protective waist, utility pockets and adjustable suspenders.

Their surface has aged into a severe coal-black patina, layered with wear, dirt and pale abrasion. A large hole at the back has been beautifully rebuilt with rough stitching, while another damaged area beneath the front rise remains backed by the inner layer and is not fully open.

Heavily worn and visibly battered, yet still substantial — an uncompromising piece of Soviet industrial clothing shaped by work, cold and time.

Please do not expect the garment to be new or in perfect condition; there may be minor defects (used clothing).
