Cut from dense black cotton twill with a quilted padded construction, high rise, button fly, side waist adjusters and ties at the hems. Made for cold-weather utility rather than decoration — severe, functional and almost architectural in shape.

Produced in Soviet Ukraine in September 1969 and seemingly never put into service. The fabric remains dark and firm, with only light storage traces. A rare piece of late-1960s industrial clothing surviving almost exactly as it left the factory.
