1940s Swedish Army M39 Work Jacket

Swedish military work jacket dating approximately to the late 1930s–1940s period, likely related to the M39 era. Constructed from dense cotton canvas/twill typical of early Scandinavian military garments. Minimal utilitarian design with elongated fit, shoulder straps and simple metal button closure throughout.

The fabric aged beautifully over decades — the jacket has an exceptional sun-faded dusty beige tone with a very “dry” appearance and natural wear across the entire surface. Heavy patina, soft abrasions and scattered dirt marks give it an incredibly authentic character without damaging the overall structure. Original metal buttons remain in place and work properly.
